1960
Established as an inbound tour company.
1963
Launched as the first car rental business in Malaysia.
1969
Expanded into travel & tours business.
1972 - 1979
● Merger between “Mayflower Tours” and “Acme Tours and Travel Services Sdn Bhd”.
● Appointed as travel representative for American Express.
1989
Opened branch in Langkawi.
1991 - 1997
● Opened branch in Johor Bahru.
● Expanded into East Malaysia (Kuching & Kota Kinabalu)
● Launched Mayflower Website.
1998 - 1999
Opened airport counter at the KL International Airport Subang Became a wholly owned subsidiary of Warisan TC Holdings Bhd
2002
Acquired Discovery Tours (Sabah)
2016 - 2018
● Opening a MAT Tours & Travel (Cambodia) AMEX GBT
● Acquired GoCar Mobility
● Segregated into different entities for respective tour and car rental businesses on 31 March.
● Operations began in Bintulu & Miri.
● Set up Mayflower SAHA (Thailand) office
● Launched Mayflower Online Travel Portal.
● Set up MAT Transportation Solution (Myanmar)
2022 - 2024
● Set up Mayan Flower Travel And Virtual Tours (Taiwan)
● Expanded services to Sandakan.
● Opening of Mayflower Holidays (Guangzhou) China.
● Incorporation of Mayflower Holidays (New Zealand) and Mayflower Holidays (New York)
